Dinner in this restaurant is always a pleasure. At the entrance we are greeted by the friendly staff who leads us to our table in an environment characterized by soft, welcoming lights. Mise en place simple, practical, a proposal linked to the Novara cuisine, a discreet wine card. we took the menu of the fathers: appetizer and two seconds chosen between the proposals of the house. We were very well, we ate well and with satisfaction. I would like to thank the person who personally took care of our service by making us feel not as simple customers but as friends at dinner, a thank you also for satisfying my end-of-the-feed whims. As we spent the night in a hotel next door we went here without reservation but on recommendation of the hotel. And thank you for the recommendation. For a price of 33Euros you can choose a starter (Piedmontese platter with cheese, salami, carpaccio, grilled pepper etc), a first course (we took the excellent paniscia novarese) and a main course (a steak with cheese and hazelnut in our case) as long as you take the same choices at the table? Also there is a good choice of local wine for low prices (the Ruche was a fantastic find). We loved it

Driving through, we stopped just looking for some basic sustenance. What we got instead was an incredibly friendly tour of northern Italian cuisine from a staff who would no let us leave hungry, and some excellent wine. All for a very fair price.
