We like the Roman pine, orphans of the most famous Ar 33 of Corso Cavallotti we wanted to try here, result not a great that: the pasta of the pineapple was at the edge of the raw with a bitter aftertaste , sufficient filling. Local cute very noisy due to traffic, there are other proposals first and second cutters, good selection of wines, slightly slow service.
I write this review after being 4/5 times We have always been well. Very various menus and also well cooked. Today we have taken the cutting board for 2 people with tartare, tunaed calf, cheese and cold meats. Follow gnocchi gorgo and nduja, pineapple tomatoes and raw and BBQ (very well marinated) with potato croquettes. To finish cannoli (well done). All good and consistent waiting times We will definitely return for another fast lunch.
Aperitif with um friend/connect. A good service and a lot of sympathy from the waitress and professional. Very good spriz. The Piedmontese cutter good, or almost. Good raw meat, but I preferred it to smaller cubes. The Tonnato calf, quite good, the tonnata sauce a little too strong of capers. To be chef you have to be able, otherwise you are just a delicious cook.
Breakfast with good brioche and excellent cream filling. Good coffee. Nice and young place. Nice bartender.
