Starbucks Coffee Upper Parliament Street

Hey well worth a visit. During 2018 Hot summer I and my teenage son needed some refreshments. Iced Tea hit the mark. Option #1: Traditional iced tea (black tea). Very refreshing. But not very flavoured. Option #2: Peach Green Iced Tea. Delicious. If need more sweetener then add lemonade. Fat best thirst quencher than standard Frappuccino?!?

Bearing in mind there were only two members of staff on site and the place was very busy both the girls were very helpful and cheerful we got our order very quickly and so did the other people in the queue sometimes I think we are all in too much of a hurry for a quick service and forget to say thank you and mean it ! Well thank you to both these two hero’s who worked hard to ensure a great customer service was received.

This morning their coffee machine bust and said that they were closed, however, the girl whose name I unfortunately don’t know knew I always had a cold brew and offered to make it for me. I must say that 9/10 people who work at this store are so helpful and friendly, they make it feel like a community coffee shop rather than a big chain. Keep it up you guys! Thanks again for my caffeine fix!

I thought I would get a nice warm coffee on a really cold morning, went to this Starbucks, time on my watch and phone was 6.36am, Starbucks opens at 6.30am according to the sign on the door and its website! The door was locked, two staff were inside, they looked at me through the glass doors and window and just carried on chatting and walking around the shop. They didn't even bother to tell me they were busy, running late etc. they just looked at me and didn't give a toss …. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STARBUCKS, WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!

Stopped for a quick snack. I chose a Breakfast Bap, my wife a chicken wrap. She was happy, but I found a long black hair in my mouth from the bap very unpleasant. The Manager apologised profusely, and said he would feedback the incident. He refunded the price of my bap, gave me a free muffin and 5 drinks vouchers. A good response to my complaint. The coffees were good. Place looked a bit shabby and toilet was a bit worse for wear but usable.
