We received a 5-star rating for our spices from Mr. Tim Smith, the Chief Board of Food Standards agent for the UK and advisor to the British Government Council of Food Policy. The award was presented on Monday, March 18, 2012 at Renu in the Westfield Center food court in Derby, with local press and media coverage. Paul Davey, leader of the food security team at Nottingham City Council, congratulated Renu and their dedicated team for their commitment to serving five-star quality food using fresh local ingredients and providing exceptional service. Our ten years of hard work has been recognized at the highest level.

This place is simply the best! Without a doubt, this is the best Indian restaurant we have ever dined at. The food is of top-notch quality and the staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The owner, Renu, is a delightful gentleman who makes you feel incredibly welcome in his restaurant. He is always available to provide recommendations and suggestions for trying something different. He even accepts requests for dishes that are not on the menu - just let him know what you want and he will deliver every time! You must experience this place for yourself!

I have been so often the best restuarant I have ever been to eat is the best Indian food that I have eaten, I have eaten a lot of people who work there are children and nice people and always make them welcome I started to eat there about years ago and his hard to go anywhere else if in eating the owner is a good letter for him and the resturant world!
