Fresh chicken sandwich; Service is much better than the KFC on the other side of Belair at Overlea

This is literally the only kfc around. I give him a star because a girl worked very hard. The rest was absolutely useless. Fire them and put people who actually work and do their work. This is when companies have an absolute garbage screening process plus terrible management. The food was all there, but I was waiting for the girl to have 4 bags of food with a guy who just ran around. How long did they sit around? I can't believe these people ruin their brand name. Edit: From a star to 3 their service has improved, but I have drinks that are water and food coloring, so still needs work, but better.

Eating is good. The service is terrible. Always get your order wrong. Your order will be correct at the receipt, but things will always be missing or made incorrect.

Customer service is garbage. You liked pushing me out of the car. A terrible experience. The chicken was also raw.

This particular location can be hit and miss. Some days they get our order right and all goes really smooth and other days we get all the way home only for the order to be completely wrong. I never bother to take it back. I curse them under my breath and deal. It's the only one close by so I know ill be returning and hopeful the next time it will be correct. The staff is always really friendly.
