The drinks are good and refreshing. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. The turnaround time is really fast. I ordered form the online site and picked up in store all within 5 minutes.

So disappointed! They made the 16 ounces instead of the 22 ounces of drink and refused to repair it, and wanted to ask me to correct their mistake. I order the same every time the 22 oz Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea. She insisted I said 16 ounces and said it was a mistake. Horrible Customer Service Experience! Teas are delicious, but a little pricy. A normal size was $6,00! Too expensive for a multiple visit option, but as two weeks treat it is okay.

They have a TON of flavors, so everyone can find something they like. I love her brown sugar Boba teas!

Really great service! Drinks are very well made! Boba is always fresh! I recommend the chocolate hazelnut milk tea, it is amazing. Although I do not recommend the mango green tea, it is not for me, but overall I love Cha-Time.
