Ihop - Norwood

Our waitress is great. we told her that we have penetrated the drinks and well because we were crispy in a time. she took our job and brought the drinks out soon. the food didn't last long, but one of the escaped didn't come. she informed us that they made a mistake and that it would soon be out. as soon as it came out, most of them were done table and the riders did not come. we wrapped him in a car. I asked ana and she went and asked. the fries driped in oil. ana asked the manager to take the last meal because it took so long. he went and printed the reception, but never took it off. we also ordered a children's breakfast disher, but it was calculated as an adult. we had no time to wait for it to be solved. not to complain about ana, she often apologized. kitchen and manager need better. there were only 5 tables occupied, no reason for such a delay.

Wait a little. the waitress was kind. eating was not so good. I order steak tips and taste was not to my pleasure, it was sweet and texture was strange.

That was perhaps the worst restaurant experience I had in my life. it does not seem that everyone who works here has wise how to run a restaurant. from the long wait for no reason, until the bad time of the meal of my group arrive, and the terrible eating, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I love this ihop. I was very disappointed on Sunday. we went to the Father's Day. that was bad. I ordered eggs, French toast and beacon when the server dropped him to the table, it was disgusting because it was cold. the server was very pleasant.

I told my wife I was dying for a banana split, she said it was too late no where is open. We took the ride anyways and low and behold I- HOP was still open. YES, it was closing time and it was me and another couple. So I ordered my wife's and then mine, all of a sudden at least 15 people came in. Boom, full house. The employee that took our order didn't panic, complain,or skip a beat. In fact the young man took it in stride. I got our order and by the time we went to drive away the lobby was cleared and everyone had their order's and a smile. So yes I would definitely give this IHOP double thumbs up. Professional, courteous, great price delicious. So if you have the ice cream desire go check them out.
