Hampton Inn Bostonnorwood

I have a reservation online queen for w. private room and when I arrive and the room I paid was not available. brand updates these information online so that the room is not available online. mark an der rezeption apologizes and gave me a Queen/Studio that was excellent. very spacious and large. When I came to the room, I did my usual inspection. the bed linen had so much shape. I call the recipe and immediately came a guy and changed everything with fresh bed linen that I was very grateful. when I went to the shower, the bathroom was clean, but it smells like water. I know it sounds terrible, but it was clear. When I checked out for all the inconvenience we were not accused, I had not expected at all. I am definitiw back. btw, the breakfast was delicious.

Great example for a hampton. the room was clean. there was a big group of teenage girls for such a conference, but if I hadn't seen them in the lobby, I would never have known it. great staff. great location. as a business traveler I highly recommend here!

Comfortable, but not as clean as it could be. the rooms smell like zigarettes. carpets are not cleaned. shades and chair have stains. the bathroom could have been cleaned better because behind the toilet was not clean.

The toilet didn't work I ask the putzwife if she can clean our room, she said today not tomorrow I was very suppressed how dirty the bathroom was and the when I think that masse ave is a better hotel than this they have this place with people forming the shelter or something that was there to stay hallo as gras in the night advised! this hotel uses to be good what happens

Clean rooms and great service. We had an issue with our toilet and they moved us to another room right away. We’ve stayed here several times and each stay has been great. The bar downstairs is wonderful as well.
