Domino's Pizza - Norwood

Placed an order for pickup and arrived 40 minutes later, I was told my food was still cooking. After waiting 5 minutes for it to finish cooking, the clerk realized they had everything besides my pizza and told me I'd have to keep waiting while they made it.Half my dinner was cooked already and sitting, and they asked me to wait another 20 minutes.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and some buffalo chicken bites, which showed up on time, but they gave me a different sandwich than what I ordered. So I called to let them know and after explaining it 3 times the manager offered to make me a new,correct sandwich and have it delivered in 30 minutes free of charge. So I accepted and thanked him for his help. Well thereplacement sandwich never came, which I had a feeling would happen. So needless to say I was very upset and hungry that night

We're going here almost every week. no longer tired of this place. our favorites here are thin cream pizzas.

Unfortunately no picture of the food. I'll call and say I want a big 7.99 pizza. I get there that they accuse me of 16.99 for his speciality. You should have told me it won't be 7.99 when I told you what I wanted. they also added tomates. So, it was huh, speck, ranch and tomaten. why add tomato if I didn't even ask for them.

This place is very horrible the employees don't even kno what areas have delivery and what doesn't I ordered food they deducted my money from my card only to tell me an hour later that they don't deliver to my address so now I have to wait 72 hours to get refunded but u didn't have a problem taking my money in 5 seconds smh just pitiful...
