Bidra med feedbackCOVID breach and cleanliness not taken seriously at this point. I went to this place last night and we were very disappointed by our experience of the lack of cleanliness and concern for the health of customers. We drove through the intercom to place our order and sat unsafe over a minute when they were open. We knew they were. We moved into the window to see if someone was inside. If they weren't, we'd just go to another restaurant. We were greeted by an employee who barely said two words and rudely just said if we were asked if we could order in the window or if he wanted us to move again. He wore a mask, but was pulled under his chin. He pulled it back easily when he talked to us, but as soon as he finished, he pulled it back directly, pulled his phone off and sat down on some boxes behind the register. When our order was ready, he put his phone away, did not try to wash his hands or use sanitizer and gave us our food. At that time another employee went by without asking what so ever. As a certified food safety manager, I am appalled by the lack of care and cleanliness displayed by the employees at this point. Telephones should never be in the kitchen area and the staff must wash their hands immediately after handling and was requirement was met long before a global pandemic. I think twice before ordering this place.
Eating was fresh, hot and ser ice was fast and order was right. Everything very important when I get pressed for time, with big children waiting to eat NOW?
Food was good and I was served with a smile (good a happy masked face! . Next time don't forget the napkins! (and Arbys sauce!)
I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I often visit this restaurant. I get very good feedback from my friends. Meals are tasteful and the stuff is generous and cooperative. Every time we visit this place, we enjoy a nice evening.
The order box was not loud enough for my friend and I to hear the worker. So she was shouting so that she could be heard. We had seperate orders, three in fact. The first order the worker said that the card was declined. We know that it wasn't true so my friend paid for it with her card. Then she paid for her order. I paid for my order with cash and my debit card, so I thought! Thefemale worker have me back my money while saying that she put it on the card. I told her that I wanted her to use the cash and the card. That is why I gave her the money with the card. I asked her if she knew I how to do that and she shook her head no. I told her that they (Arby's) needs to teach her how to do that. When we got back to work the fish was too dark, beer batter, the wrap was so big that the little bit of chicken and fixings were lost. I threw away the bread to both sandwiches away. The orange cream milkshakes were not that tasty. I feel like I wasted my money and so do my friend!!!
