Giraffe - Norwich

We booked a table. the restaurant has closed! .but I have still received a reminder of my booking...and now asked to check restaurant?! what?!

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. we had booked this restaurant when my man ran the norwich 10k and we knew it would be very busy this day. we had no notification that it was closed by you. very disappointed.

Giraffe norwich has closed, but yet they have taken our booking, which leads to great inconvenience for our party. also they still send us notifications.

Maybe you could tell me that tables were no longer booked in this restaurant and only half a menu therefore why we went and where we went. absolutely disgusting

Whilst the staff there are lovely as always it seemed clear that the chain is struggling as quite a lot of items on the menu were banked off with marker pen which gives a poor impression to the customer. The food was good, although the burgers we had were in very red coloured buns with no explanation tasted ok though. Deserts lovely.
