Cocina Norwich Terrace

Very impressed, first time I've visited, good selection of food, especially liked how the tacos came as separate ingredients so could be built how I wanted them. Friendly staff and the food was amazing

Starters were fine. We ordered our mains to come out after we had eaten the starter but it was all cooked at the same time. They gave us our starters knowing what we requested so our mains got cold under a heat lamp. They also forgot a drink we ordered. But they did provide us with a free one to make up for the bad service, so that part was nice.

I came to the restaurant as I had previously ordered takeout from here and enjoyed it very much. The food was standard but not great, the service was terrible for a place with many staff present and the wait for food was almost 45 minutes in a near empty restaurant. Overall I do not recommend dining at Cocina.

We left and went somewhere else after seeing filthy tables and when we were told there was no waitress service and had to scan a app… I dont go to a restaurant to have to use my phone to order!…… went to another restaurant which had waitress service .

The place was very short staffed. Ordered 2 starters and 2 mains. Took 40mins to come and all came at once. It was all cold as well. Chips were like cardboard. Also there were tables left with left over food and drinks everywhere. No staff around to clear it up! But we did have 5 drinks and they were all free. And the staff that were there we all very pleasant and worked hard.
