Bakers+baristas - Norwich

Stopped by on the way back from Vue cinema. The muffins stood out for us, so we brought 4 for £8. Very delicious. We chose smarties, sticky toffee and popcorn. All very delicious. Rated a 3 as we didn't sit in. Staff served quickly.

My wife bought 4 muffins at the Chantry mall in Norwich this afternoon.. she got me a Blueberry one…. As you can see I was munching into my muffin this evening and was thinking that it was very bland in flavour and the reason for that is that it was a plain muffin with not a single blueberry in it!!!! Not a happy chappie surely someone would have noticed that there were no blueberries in the mix when it was made?? Will be really interesting to hear the explanation.

Coffee was luke warm, cutlery supplied was a big let down, was clearly not washed properly, covered in water marks and dried on food....... but the sausage rolls were nice.

Awful cold coffee....very rude argumentative manager...very slow service taking almost 15 mins for 2 coffees with only 1 other customer.....then presented with the wrong order...waited at counter for second attempt and then served cold coffee...told it would have to be warmed in microwave, after we refused we were told sarcastically that it would then be made ' super hot '....just a decent cup of warm coffee with polite service was all that was required...took a refund and went to a very packed Costa....no surprise as to why?

We always stop here for lunch when we come to norwich great service and friendly and beautiful cakes
