Jersey Mike's Subs - Norwich

Seriously the best employees ever! So sweet and personable, made my experience a 10/10! Will definitely be returning, by far the best jersey mikes in a 50 mile radius. Also have the best pickles imaginable, they’re otherworldly.

Food wasnt that great. Service was bad. Had to ask for certain things multiple times. Just overall not great experience.

Best chain sub spot not even close the 13 is the go to the steak and chicken sandwich also dope and there turkey sub is underrated

The food is great, but placing a mobile order is pointless and outright frustrating. The last two times we have ordered ahead we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for food. The first time we ordered over an hour ahead of pick up giving plenty of time, and the second time we just placed a regular order where we were given a 15 minute pick up time. I’ll note that it doesn’t seem to be a staffing issue as there were no less than 4 associates working but only two actively making orders. Also, the team working there has been extremely friendly and apologetic so I’m not intending for this to be a knock on them. That said, when people just walk in off the street to order and walk out with food before the order that was placed 20 minutes ago I have to think there is a break down somewhere in the process. We have ordered from other locations and not experienced these issues, so that leads to believe it’s a local process gap.Hopefully the owner/management team at this location provides the associates the tools and resources needed to be successful in the future…
