Dunkin' - Norwich

If I had to choose between a DD around Norwich CT it would be this one. However...If your store is advertising a particular popular item then have it! Make the order bigger for that particular product. You have one job. Coffee and donuts. Smh. Oh! And this DD has a high turnover when It comes to Workers. Let that sink in. I’m sure they all do around here. Customer Service is out the window in this Town.

I would like to give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. We went through the drive-thru and placed a fairly large but organized order. We ordered a dozen donuts and asked for half glazed and half assorted, as well as 3 breakfast sandwiches with one of them having no cheese, and 4 drinks. Unfortunately, the box of assorted donuts had no glazed ones, all of the breakfast sandwiches had cheese (LOL), 2 of the drinks were wrong, and we were missing the hot coffee we had ordered. Dunkin, please improve your service. We will now be taking our business to the New London location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm here this morning at 7:30 a.m. and they usually give up the wipes in a bag. Instead it was in a box and when the worker gave it to me, I had a look at my face. instead of explaining the change or just being nice, she grabbed me. I will never return to this dunkin until it is fired or replaced.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from a long trip to Pennsylvania. When we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely woman behind the register who quickly and accurately took our orders. The restrooms were open and extremely clean. An older, polite woman even called me "honey" and showed me where my coffee was. The iced latte I ordered was made perfectly. I wish every Dunkin' Donuts had a crew like this one. The employees were great!

Every day a good experience, who took my order, thank you for nice and patient. I give them personally 5 stars
