Not Your Average Joe's Norwell

We have eaten at Not Your Average Joe 's, including this location many times. However, this visit was not up to our expectations based upon previous trips. We waited about 45 minutes to receive our food. When we asked, about 15 minutes before it was received, we were told it as the hamburger that was taking so long (as compared to the Salmon bowl and the Baked Haddock). When the food arrived, the underside of the salmon in the Salmon Bowl was burnt to a crisp and it was not the skin. Despite at least one manager knowing that our service was substandard, that was absolutely no acknowledgement that our food took longer than it should other than an I 'm sorry from the waiter. Due to the delay we asked for our check with our food. As such, there was no one available for us to comment about the quality of the food. If this had been our first dining experience at the restaurant, we would not be returning.

We go once each month…we have pretty much the same thing and we love it! Waldorf salad was particularly delicious on Monday

I have visited this restaurant a few times and it is always good! This time I tried one of the rice bowls Shrimp Chicken and it was amazing!

Fun and different dine out week experience. Lovely setting in bar. Each course was excellent and unique and prepared exquisitely. Service was pleasant, professional and leisurely which was perfect for us. Enjoyed the opportunity to see the other Dining areas and I want to try them all! Based on our desserts, I imagine that the afternoon tea is a wonderful thing!

Lynne was our server she was attentive and really prompt.
