Waba Grill - Norwalk

On 6 July at 18:08 p.m. ordered bowl and added avocado; it had black parts on it I took a picture I certainly did the person if I did another order today, please do not set up one that black. She told the other girl with a ponytail and curly hair and she made a face sarcastic and I will tell her that the chef did not go to eat black avocado. So the girl that prepared the food, I showed her the photos on my phone and she said to my surprise: there is nothing I can do that 's how we sell it. I did not appreciate this answer, and I spoke to the cook and he had the right attitude that suggests that the girl was in error of her attitude, and he's sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People should not be fired, they should be withdrawn; but more importantly, the people who need to be hired, the right attitude and food service is not to have a simple work with people. But you need to be polite and hear the complaint when it is one with the right attitude

Not even, but three times it took me to write that. The manager Ashley is very rude and lazy. I don't understand how it's a problem for her cooking dumplings. With the same line. We only have 5 links. She has to do her job. I was told by another employee(sweetheart) to order it online because they cannot turn this order off. So my order was for picking up and I have nothing to wait for. But I sat there and she had the nerve to ask if in waiting for an order. I said yes.for. Take off. She said I'm sorry we don't have orders to pick up. So I wanted to show her the confirmation order on my phone so we could find out if it was wrong. But she didn't bother to see it. Another employee had to let me know that my order was almost done. Well. I don't know what her problem is. She must leave her personal problems at home and do her job

Terrible service. Rude Manager. The feed is measured in small portions. Maybe weight. Also dirty. The front doors shame nobody cleanses. I hope I'm not getting sick here.

Not here. I only have food here because I stayed in a nearby hotel and had no other options. Absolutely terrible. Rice wasn't fresh. Was hard and dry and was either poorly heated by cooling or sat for hours at ambient temperature. Kimchi... I have no words. Avoid it at all costs. It's not kimchi. Even as an abstract interpretation it could not even be called. It was Edamame and cucumbers in sweet chilli sauce. The side salad I got was made at least one day ago. Cucumbers were slimy, tasty, the salad was rotten on the bottom of the bowl. This place deserves not the one star I had no choice but to give it. Utter waste of money.

I eat here all the time when in the area and never had a serious complaint or issue but the other day I ordered a beef plate with avocado and white rice, but what I received was brown rice, no avocado as well as a not so fresh orange and no dressing on the salad. When called they said they would credit me a bowl (not a plate) the next time I came in which I was fine with but when I came in they said we can 't give you a bowl but we can give you some avocado, like why would I drive back up for avocado? The cook seemed as if he didn 't care as I explained and personally I don 't get confrontational with the ones handling my food as it would give me a uncomfortable feeling after receiving it. I feel as if I have to find a new Waba Grill as of now.
