Quartina Trattoria Vineria - Norwalk

When we wanted to be in S-Norwalk/SONO, I decided to book a table in quartina. we were there relatiw early at 6:30 a.m., and not many tables were occupied. unfortunately I must say that we were really disappointed with the service. either the three people who were brand new, or simply had no notice on the service. it is not that they were not nice or did not try, but we saw that water was poured into the wine glasses (and yes, the water glass also looked like a weinglas; water was spilled on our table and on the handy of my daughter; we received two new and an old menu and when I asked what was the right menu, I was initially told that they were all the same; they forgot to give us the menu with the specials; we were ready to order, but no one noticed for a right time (I have to hear him) I'm pretty easy to go, so we put it all in motion. re the food, our appetizers were very beautiful and we really liked them (burrata . our main courses (gnocchi alla sorrentina, chicken parmigiana spaghetti alla cinque were good, but I had better. I think I should give them a second chance, but then again.

Great dinner on a Sunday night with my wife. The food was delicious authentic Italian food with fresh, quality ingredients. The owner was very gracious and made us feel at home. Coffee and a terrific ricotta cheesecake was the perfect ending to a two and a half hour feast!

Wonderful dinner every time we have visited. Food is delicious and service is very attentive. They go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your meal and that everything is exactly what you expect. The wine selections are perfect and Giuseppe will definitely take care of you!!

We had a wonderful lunch at Quartina Trattoria, to celebrate my birthday. The chef and owner was so welcoming and warm, and the food was delicious and served in a very special way. The fish was served on a beautiful large decorative plate, and one of the pastas was mixed in front of us, in a large cylinder of cheese. It was very unique and special. We can't wait to return for another meal soon!

Disappointed with the linguine with clam sauce. The sauce was flavorful but the large sized clams were very tough. One waiter seemed to be servicing the whole restaurant.
