Kfc - Norwalk

Ordered wings and a breast combo that came with two sides of mashed potatoes. The wings were miniscule and soggy and the breast had no skin or hardly any crispy batter on it. The mashed potatoes and gravy were tasteless. Just awful.

Extremely slow service! We waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of us. I advise you to avoid this place. This is not fast food; it's a ridiculous experience. Once you're in line, you have no way to exit, so you're stuck waiting.

The new management is clearly not an improvement. I waited half an hour to receive my meal, even though there were only three cars ahead of me. Once you're in line, there's no way to back out. This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC I've ever visited.

I highly recommend using the KFC app to place your order for pickup inside the store. When I arrived, my order was already ready, and there was no line inside (unlike the drive-thru). The food was exactly as I ordered and well packaged.

Aside from the slow service caused by being understaffed, it was a great experience. The food was excellent! KFC has been making improvements across the board. Now, if only they could come up with a new flavor for their chicken sandwiches! Haha!
