Jimmy John's - Norwalk

Went through the drive thru and ordered two sandwiches. Both were made incorrectly. One of them didn?t even have any modifiers.

Grabbed a sandwich for a flight to Las Vegas. Airport sandwiches are expensive! It was delicious.

This place is the best. They trade food with us all the time and their food is always amazing. The boss man as well as the employees are really nice. The food is always done quickly and is always right.

Honestly a really confusing experience today. I placed an order at 1:05 pm today and then about 2:05 I called asking where my food was. I was told I wasn?t going to get my order, then the person hung up. I called again and was left with no answer. I just want a refund because I have no food now 2 hours later and no response.

They almost always get something in my order wrong. I now check all sandwiches before leaving with the expectation that I?ll have to ask them to remake something. I?m usually right. Also, I have to order a side of avocado spread instead of getting extra on the sandwich, because it?s the only way I?ll get the extra amount I?m paying for. This location is a huge disappointment.
