Bob Evans - Northwood

I am very understanding and patience at restaurants but this literally the worst service I have ever had. Their servers have horrible attitudes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everyone we encountered were friendly. The waitress was great. She thought of the kid and he got his food out first. She was also on top of the refills. The manager Dominic was willing to help out by checking us out because we were waiting. Overall a great experience. Thank you Bob Evans. Kid-friendliness: It was quiet with light music playing. Wait half an hour, but many empty tables inside. our waitress was great, and eating was as expected from bob’s. ok visit, nothing spectacular, but not bad.

Did Friday free delivery family meal with add on. Country fried steak was good but no gravy was included- contrary to site description. Big disappointment. Rest was good as has been our experience. Delivery on time and nicely done Would have been 5 star if gravy not overlooked
