Papa John's Pizza - NORTHVILLE

I went to papa johns this weekend and was super dissapointed. I called for a pickup order and they said it would be ready in ten. I get there ten minutes later and they haven't even started it yet. When I walked in the said ok ten more minutes. I wasstarving so I waited. Ten minutes later I go to get it and they made it wrong. I tried to get my momey back and said I didntwant it anymore but they wouldn't give me my money back. Overall bad exsperience and am defenitly never going back. Stay awayand save your money.

I got 4 large pizzas for my sons birthday party, and even put the order in hours before so it would be prepared on time. I didn?t receive the pizzas until 2 hours after the party started and ended up having to get Little Caesar?s instead. LittleCaesar?s made my order in half an hour and was way cheaper. I called papa johns a number of times trying to ask for a refund,and was never answered. Extremely disappointed. My sons friends and guests were sitting starving, due to the lack of work ethicin papa johns. Definitely don?t reccomend! They have a history of not giving customers their money back based on the reviews i?mreading.

I placed an order on February 8, 2022, at 6:30 PM and went to pick it up. There was a young African-American employee who was incredibly friendly and genuine. He even walked all the way to the door to hand me my food, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly believe he deserves a raise or a promotion to a management position. He didn’t have to go out of his way like that, but he chose to, and his kindness made my day. I wish I could write him a letter of recommendation to support his pay increase, but all I can do for now is write this review. I'll definitely be back soon!

The staff seemed a bit disorganized with orders and there were only two people working on a busy weekend night. However, the delivery driver stepped in to help make pizzas, which turned out fantastic. I also had the chance to watch the pizza maker prepare a stuffed cheese crust pizza, and it looked amazing.

Best pizza in Northville! Clint truly made my night by delivering pizza to me and my coworker. The service was outstanding, and the overall experience was incredible. I will definitely be returning for more pizza in the future!
