Bidra med feedbackWe arrived shortly after their posted opening time. The door was locked. We walked away and a woman rushed to open the door then walked back to the store. She said nothing. We came in and apologized for coming in so early. She responded with a grunt. We got some bread, paid, and left. The woman never said a word, just looked as though we were inconveniencing her by our existence. The bread was slightly under proved. Also slightly under baked. Most Great Harvest stores have great service and products. Not this one.
I am here for the bread and this is the best I have ever had. A regular store bought brand of bread weighs about 1lb, my loaf came in at 2.26lbs, a very dense bread. Awesome crust with plenty of air pockets and a very yeasty flavor with a unbelievable mouth feel. The final finish looks beautiful on the table. Not sure about use for sandwiches, but stuff like toast or eating plain with olive oil is heaven. The price was fair for what you are receiving. It is worth the trip even though this location is a little inconvenient, I walked in with zero wait after being used to a 20min wait at Kroger to get a loaf of their fresh bread. The company has a long history and uses healthy ingredients and processes such as unprocessed white flour. It's too bad I went this long before finding this gem. I am a new customer but will be a regular one.
Just wish they would have more of the apple bread every time I go they're always out and I was there at 1:00
First off the smell of this place when u walk in is absolutely amazing. And hands down the best pepperoni bread around
Read some interesting recent reviews and had to leave one myself! I absolutely adore this place. I've been in Northville for a few years now, but this is our go to place for fun varieties of bread and desserts. The staff has always been welcoming to me and my only downside is whenever I don't place an order early enough for the cheddar garlic bread!!! Haha.I highly recommend this place to anyone. The smell as you walk in is satisfying enough.
