Bidra med feedbackWorst experience ever. Paid for the food I never got.I ordered one avacado toast with tomatoes and one hash brown. Had to wait for 15 minutes to get my order as they either forgot about my order or prioritized driveway and other customers. When I got the order it was wrong. They gave me avacado bacon sandwich and pale hash browns. I am a vegetarian and they served me bacon which I got to know after taking a bite. I returned the order and had to leave without any food. I have to spend my lunch time and rest of day hungry because of them.
Love coming here in the morning all workers are super nice, fast, and do such a good job! But the afternoon it’s just two teenage boys that are on their phones and don’t pay attention. Told me to pull up to the parking lot to wait for my food, then it’s been a while we came in and they didn’t even start making the food. A manger needs to be there in the afternoon.
The morning shift staff is significantly better. There was a girl working the cashier between 4 and 5 pm on April 8 who really should be let go. She messed up my order (I asked for it hot, but she gave me iced) and then gave me attitude, even though she was the one who made the mistake. I tried to be very polite, so I don't understand why she was acting that way. Additionally, she overcharged me—I always order the same thing, so I know the price—probably because she was frustrated. Overall, her behavior was quite rude, and she clearly isn't suited for a customer service position; she just can't handle it.
I had a frustrating experience with an older lady who was working the morning shift. Initially, she mistakenly gave me croissants instead of wraps. When I pointed out the error, she gave me six croissants instead of the eight I had ordered. I didn’t count them at the time, but when I realized I was short two, she insisted she had given me eight. I even suggested that they check the cameras to verify the order, but they claimed they didn't have access to them.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this Dunkin' Donuts. The woman at the drive-thru was unfriendly, and my iced coffee was prepared incorrectly twice. Rather than addressing the mistakes, she gave me attitude as if I were at fault. I've always had a good experience when I visit in the mornings, but this afternoon was quite frustrating. This is typically my go-to spot, but I was not happy with my visit today.
