Hungry Horse - Northumberland

Went to hungry horse always every Tuesday and never fails to impress me. Staff are lovely, food was amazing and back again next Tuesday already looking for were to it

I can not understand this place, everyone else seems to be complaining about the lack of customers but here they are turning them away. The food was supposedly being served until 8pm but when we went at 7.15pm to find last food orders were 6.45pm. There was a steady stream of people going in to read the notice and then going to find somewhere else. When you do get to have a meal there the staff are not very helpful, if you ask for something like mushrooms with a steak, they say it doesen't come with mushrooms. Can I pay for a portion of mushrooms as you have other meals with mushrooms, no we can't put that through!

Even though the place was packed, the customer service was second to none, Tori and aaron were both brilliant! Food was delicious x

Great food and value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive. Tori was so helpful and engaging with my family. I would highly recommend.
