Venus - Northport

We all know how difficult picking up a nice size gyro can be, Venus serves the gyro open face if requested . The gyro meat is delicious and a Greek Fix beer compliment any dish served here. The beer is also served with a chilled glass, a nice touch . The French fries are crispy just how I enjoy them. Nice place for a quality dinner. Great parking also.

Great Greek diner in Northport that I've been going to since I was a kid. They got amazing chicken kebab salad and gyro sandwiches. Spinach pie is delicious. Unbelievable chicken orzo soup, and the best coffee I've had at a diner. It can get busy for dinner on certain nights. Great take out option. My parents go there all the time and know the waitresses by name. Everyone is very friendly. Love this place!

Great food and service. The people care about the food they serve. They have been there for 20 plus years with the same chef and waitstaff. Always a pleasure to go back when I'm on long Island.

If you like getting sick after you eat, then this place is for you. Four different people who ate at different times have all experienced stomach issues after eating at Venus. Even more upsetting is that we all ate different things. There must be something going on their kitchen. We won't be going back again

The staff was very friendly, the food was edible, the coleslaw was warm which may cause stomach problems later? Diet coke was bottled so that was the best part of this meal. They have wifi, but the password is so complicated the wait staff points to where it is written on the wall...the walls covered with trite greek paintings.
