My order was a waste of money. I ordered 8 piece chicken it was dry. The cashier ask us to pull around for fries. When I got the bag no fries instead had cole slaw. The worker who came to my car said no biscuits is it okay for roll I get burger bun with seeds. I spent 30 something on food that was extremely hard to eat.

Received the wrong order. Can't find prices on the website!

I came to pick up a call in order. The cashier told me it’d be 6 minutes and to pull over next to the door. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing people who showed up after me leave with their orders, I walked in the store and asked about the order. An employee started making the order after I asked for it. So they wouldn’t have started making the order until I physically walked into the store to ask them to do so. Thought this was fast food??Also be very careful when leaving the restaurant. Their restaurant is top of a little hill with a huge dip at the bottom. I scraped off the left side of my bumper grille when my car hit the dip. So in addition to having my time wasted, I now have to spend hundreds at the body shop.Horrible experience

When I was a kid, KFC was a treat. I got the 12 piece meal to take home that was over 30 bucks. And the chicken was dry and salty. The sides were just so so and the mashed potatoes were horrible. They were runny and they taste like the worst Instant mashed potatoes you could ever find. The gravy was very runny. Everything was not good. Won't be back anytime soon. Popeyes is across the street much better.
