Pancakes on the Rocks - NORTHMEAD

Super fluffy pancakes. Though am not a chocolate person, I couldn’t help it . For someone one with an average appetite, I was almost done for the day but I kept having more and more of that pancake and also asked for some more chocolate sauce

We had famous beef shout ribs, garden salad, ice coffee and mocha. The rib was excellent. Nice and soft, not juicy but that’s the way I like it. The salad is fresh. Although my wife didn’t like the ice coffee, I still quite enjoy it.

So delicious, always really enjoy it here !! great service and quality is always good no matter the time you go. Would like to try the savoury ones haha.

Its been such a long time since I last ate here but I'm glad to say that the quality definitely hasn't fallen. The hot n troppo pancakes were super light, fluffy and decadent though there were a few too many walnuts. Farmers catch was pretty much ur normal fish and chips tho the fish was slightly flaky. Beef back ribs were nice and juicy and those wedges were Thai chicken crepes were kind of disappointing tho since the crepe itself was a little dry and lacking in flavour, and the filling a tad too spicy for the spice intolerant like myself.

I absolutely love the pancakes at this restaurant. They are incredibly delicious and decadent, and I always enjoy them, even when I'm watching my diet. I have tried several items on their menu and have always been pleased with my choices. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I am giving them a four-star rating because there have been a few occasions where the wait time exceeded 30 minutes. I am not a fan of their savory dishes as I find them lacking in flavor, but their sweet meals are a different story. I highly recommend trying the Banarama, which is my ultimate favorite dish. If I'm not in the mood for a heavy meal, I opt for a single or double pancake with a scoop of ice cream, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of icing sugar on the side, which always leaves me feeling satisfied. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant.
