Red Lobster Northglenn

We loved the lobster, but needed the claws cracked a bit. I actually got **** on the sharp edges of the claw, and my husband couldn 't crack his claws....our lobster cracker tools were not efficient at cracking lobster claws. Worse, we announced ahead of time that it was my husband 's birthday, and the staff forgot about it til after the check. Just plain stupid. We told them to let it go. Disappointing.

It was a nice experience, wait staff was very attentive and food was good!

We were excited to partake in Lobsterfest at Red Lobster and ordered the New England Lobster Seafood Bake for dinner. I was very disappointed in the portion sizes for the price we paid. The lobster tails looked like crawfish and the muscles were not cleaned properly. A coworker and I went to Joe's Crab Shack for lunch a few days ago and were amazed at all the large, meaty seafood we got in our steampots. It was so satisfying! I actually got 3 separate meals out of this steampot and enjoyed every minute of it. I won't be returning to Red Lobster anytime soon, that's for sure. Long waits for a table, crowded, noisy and the food was not that great. Service was good though but that's it

Food was good. Main course was out way too soon. Didn’t get a chance to finish our before dinner drink and appetizers. Server did not check on us after another table was seated in her area. Won’t go here for a special occasion again.
