Stir Confections - Northfield

We come down from the Cities just for the gelato and baked goods! The owners are the most welcoming and friendly folks we've ever met. Everything we've tried, and I think we've tried everything, is absolutely superb.

Mom and son business. Very clean and service is sincerely friendly. Stopped in twice for delicious popcorn, taste tested the gelato (excellent) and tried them for a custom order cake which was equally outstanding at an excellent price. Not an easy store to spot from the street, but a real treat.

Excellent gelato flavors and excellent serving sizes, the big cookie we had was salted caramel and pretzel. That was also quite good. We did not try their gourmet pop corn but it looked good. Good service and nice clean bathrooms.

Stir Confections cookies and popcorn are fabulous. Haven't had a chance to try the gelato, chocolate covered strawberries and other goodies. I hope college parents think of this place to send treats to their kids. Yum!

Awesome individual size cheesecakes. Yum! Definitely will be back.
