Reunion - Northfield

Was going to try this place, even though my sons roommate got sick after eating here last year, but they wouldn't take our name until our sons vehicle was parked. I was already dicey on trying this place, but the rude staff sealed the deal. My son was circling around looking for a spot and they were on a 30 minute wait, which makes no sense. I get not seating until all in a party have arrived, but not writing a name down? Pass, plenty of better options in town.

OMG so good! The first time I was here, I got the pork chop with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. This time I got airline chicken, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The blueberry beret beverage was friggin amazing. Every single thing I eat here is delicious. I have celiac and have had no problems. We enjoyed our lunch at reunion. Good vibe there. Our waiter was great. Service was good. Food was yummy. I had the chicken bacon flatbread and it was yummy. They’re known for their smoked meat. It smelled good back by the wood fire oven. Only critique was that their young staff up front could use some better training. They mostly just talked to one another and didn’t seem guest focused at all. Would’ve made it a classier experience to be greeted with a smile and depart with a “have a great day.” But all in all a good time.
