El Tequila Mexican - Northfield

Really? Nicely surprised. Margaritas taste a little sweet, but sufficiently strong. We ordered the menu item and the queen. Tripe was a little stinking in a very good way. It should taste as it is. Service was attentive and friendly. Will do it again.

Breaked for a quick lunch. Decor was cute whimsical; Service prompt, polite, efficient; and the food was plentiful, tasty, affordable. Winning combination on all fronts!

The chicken carnitas were disappointing. More like a stuffed cat dish. Light on peppers and onions. I was charged $1.75 for a tiny bowl of cold jalapeños that I wanted to be boiled in the dish. Salsa was good. The 3 stars are for salsa.

Salsa was so tasty. The meal was great. Some of the best I had. If there is no fear in the area to stop. The staff was polite and quick service.

This place has delicious food, but they can't ever get an order correct. We used to order multiple times a week, now, we order once a month. It doesn't matter if we order one item or 10, there is at least one meal that is incorrect. Unfortunately, most of the time, it's the meal sobfor my son with allergies. Sometimes, I need to return the same meal, multiple times in one order. These folks need to get their stuff in order... Right now, I highly recommend you stay away from them, until they make changes...hope this helps others Update: got replacement food and it's still not right...ordered las mexicanas, 1 red, 1 green, 1 white....looks like I get 1 red, 1 green, and 1 not topped (should be topped with white sauce)... The middle one has nothing, not even cheese on it... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY FIGURE OUT HIW TO TAKE AN ORDER AND SERVE THE SAME ORDER!
