Sheetz is just •top tier• when it comes to a gas station convenient stores! Been from PA to CALIFORNIA and Sheetz is amazing, hands down!

First I have no problem with the quality of their food it is on par with other fast foods. But ordering yourself and then get in 2nd line to pay than stand around in the busiest place in the store to wait for food. Also crazy high prices. For a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at Wendy's on sale for a buck, burger king 2 for $4, Sheetz almost $4 for one. That's over 3 times the cost. Sandwiches are very good but more expensive than Sandwiches from a deli. Just everything is more expensive with lower levels of service.

I just got some chicken and fries, and I was really expecting something better than this! The chicken is overcooked and dry, and the portion size is definitely not worth it. I won’t be dining at Sheetz again for a long time.

As always, the employees were fantastic, and the hot cocoa was delicious. Interestingly, I noticed some issues with order handling, including one customer who got upset waiting in a second line after paying for his food. It reminded me of experiences at McDonald's. People aren't perfect, and I've been fortunate never to have problems with my food orders. The staff might not be professional chefs, but they prepare food the way they've been taught or sometimes add their own twist. In my experience, whether it's salads or wraps, I've had no complaints. Just remember, you’re not at a five-star restaurant; this is a gas station. In fact, it offers some of the best hot food available at gas stations. I've been to several others, like 7-Eleven, and I can certainly understand any complaints there!
