I recently had the pleasure of dining at Good And Pure Cafe, and it was nothing short of a culinary delight. I was in Wilmington, DE for work and glad I found this place. I had the salmon and rice platter and it was delicious. The portion is big and the vegetables tasted fresh. I wanted to come by again and try the salmon cheesesteak, but I had to leave in the morning. Next time, for sure.

I recently had a takeout from here and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was incredibly tasty, with perfectly crunchy vegetables that weren't soggy at all. The Shrimp and whining had a wonderfully rich flavor that perfectly complemented the meal, and the rice was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that I highly recommend.

Placed my order through the phone for pickup. The fish sandwich didn’t taste the freshest not sure exactly what it was.. But the salmon over rice with Thai chili and teriyaki was good. No where to sit inside and eat. But overall 8/10.

Fantastic. Stopped in for a quick late lunch to take back to the office. Best meal in a while.
