Food is nothing to be excited about I ordered the beef ramen soup I’ve tasted better and the HIGHLIGHT of this review is the rudeness. Rude customer service by the older lady when she yelled at us said “move!” I mean do we look like we are in a combat training or something!? Not even a please, I mean there’s a lot of better approach, when we sat on the wrong side of the table d/t restrictions. Absolutely the best ramen place in all Chicagoland. If you want authentic Japanese ramen experience you definitely should stop by. You will thank me later. Silky ramen noodels, rich broth, great variety menu. Very reasonable prices. Neat Japanese style decor. This restaurant is a hidden jewel in Northbrook.

Great broth, really tasty. The chicken was ok, pork wasn't anything special. However, during the time there, they provided me a small cup of spicy sauce. Little food I know, the sauce had a hair in it. They did provide me another complementary ramen that i kindly asked to pack to go and they did. Great service overall and very polite with the small instance of a hair.

It should be 0 stars here. I've never been rejected up front because we had 6 people. The place was MORE THAN HALF EMPTY. The owner says a flat out NO to me. Then, I offer to be split up in 4's and 2's for the tables, and she's angry at us for being there. Says we should call ahead of time. I have a toddler in my arms, as well a 6-year-old, along with grandparents. Unbelievable. I really wanted to sit down, but I just couldn't accept that type of service. Don't come here.

Worst customer service we have ever had! They had us sit for over an hour waiting for just two Ramen bowels, the server was extremely rude, no apology, no information on how long we should wait to get our food. Our toddler was hungry and was crying!! I will never come back to this stupid restaurant again, not to mention the food was so terrible and soooo salty!
