Friendly people who work here. One of the only places in Northbrook that is open 24/7.

Have been going to this location for 15 years and the staff is always very friendly.

This 7-Eleven is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The food is surprisingly good for a convenience store, and the drinks are affordable. They offer a wide selection of items, including pizza, hot dogs, taquitos, sandwiches, fruits, and desserts. Although I don't drink coffee, I can vouch for the fact that the hot chocolate is fantastic. I really enjoy being a regular customer here.

I really appreciate having a 7-Eleven nearby; it’s one of my personal favorites. Most of the time, Raj, who is usually there when I visit, is friendly and pleasant. However, I've noticed that some of the other employees could use a bit of improvement in customer service. That said, I'm not expecting five-star service. For me, it's all about grabbing snacks, some essentials like rubber bands, and lottery tickets, and getting back to my day quickly. I prefer this location over a gas station or grocery store, so for me, it’s convenient and offers what I need, although it may not be the best choice for everyone.
