Redhot Pizza And Grillhouse

I called at 7:45pm to order 2 pizzas and chips for the family. Despite being reassured that the food would arrive within 15 minutes, it did not arrive by 9:30pm. After being told multiple times that the delivery driver was on his way, I ultimately canceled my order due to the poor service. This experience on a Thursday night makes me hesitant to imagine how long a delivery would take on a busier Friday or Saturday. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. 0 stars.

Late night cravings can often lead to risky food choices. Feeling tired and hungry, we stumbled upon Redhot, the first eatery we came across. The pizza we ordered was undercooked and doughy, causing the toppings to slide off in a messy heap - we dubbed it "doughsville". Baz's burger did not quite match the pictures but still tasted excellent, as he devoured it quickly. The chicken shish, however, saved the meal with its well-grilled meat, sweet salad, and flavorful garlic mayo sauce. Despite the lone cook handling all the orders, we hope Redhot will have more help next time to improve the dining experience.

I have just received my order and got wrong drink . No cabbage. No extra garlic mayo even though I paid for it. The kebabs are 1/2 the size they were before the fire !! When I phoned to complain I was fobbed off with we will pass on your comments to the management YOU RIPPED ME OFF !! This is NOW a rubbish takeaway do not use them

We arrived in Northampton late on a Thursday night, feeling very hungry. This restaurant was the nearest to our hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Our meals were prepared fresh to order, and unlike many other kebab places, we were able to dine in at no additional charge. The food was delicious and served hot. In addition, it was quite affordable (we ordered a chicken wrap, a kebab meal with chips, and still had change from a ten-pound note). Overall, a great find for a late-night meal!
