Bidra med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. My friends and I experienced several issues during our visit. Firstly, when some of my friends brought food from another restaurant to eat, one employee spoke to them in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Additionally, one of my friends was told they had to be 18 to order a caffeinated beverage, which was not a problem, but the way it was communicated by the same employee was also poorly handled. Lastly, when one of my friends tried to change tables due to lack of space, the employee shouted at them not to switch tables. Overall, this experience was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted, and my friends and I will not be returning to this establishment.
I wen't to kaspas to try some lovely sweet its very Delicious and the servic is very good every one should try it its very clean shop and its good to come with family and friends to try it thank for the sweet and the servic and i give the shop 100 stars not just 5
I came here with my two friends and I’ve got to say it wasn’t as bad as we were expecting as we’ve heard some bad things and read negative reviews. We were seated by a friendly server. The table was slightly sticky and the menus needed a good clean. The menu has a myriad of choices ranging from sundaes, waffles and milkshakes, hosting a wide variety of flavours, tastes and textures. If you’re a massive dessert person, then this place will be right up your street! Although it was very sickly and sweet, we didn’t finish it all. We had to ask for takeaway boxes and cups two times until we finally got them so we could take our leftovers home. The food came surprisingly quick and although we ordered all separately, everything come out at the same time, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a perfect place to come if you have a sweet tooth but a bit let down by the cleanliness.
Went with partner , rubbish service- took ages. crepe was freezing cold and rubbery , waffle was doughy. not an enjoyable experience. found something on the table that looked like a worm
So unfortunately my experience this evening was terrible. Went in with my son but he wanted to order his own so I ordered mine, I then moved then he ordered his, Two separate orders but one after another. Now it was busy and they were doing lots of takeaway orders. 10 mins later I got mine, another group of two young lads came in orders theirs, after 5 mins they asked where they were and they told them it wouldn’t be long. After another 10 mins they called the lads and gave them their milkshakes. I went and complained and was told that the two lads were there before us (which they weren’t) then it was that one of the blenders was broken, it seems she couldn’t think of the best lie, I told the woman she was lying and I saw them come in and order and she just went quiet and said nothing knowing that she was caught out. Now we spend about £100 some months in Kaspa’s but not again. Not even a sorry, it’s a shame as their milkshakes were nice, told the woman I would leave a review but didn’t seem bothered by it. So here we are, our review! I hope it’s as enjoyable as our long wait!
