Bidra med feedbackThe server is extremely attentive and the food is outstanding. The orders are prepared quite quickly, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I give it a 5-star rating. I have already visited four times since last week, even though I don't typically eat a lot of Chinese food.
The delivery driver brought our food, coughed all over it, appeared sweaty, wiped his head with a tissue, and lingered outside our house for five minutes coughing. When we contacted the restaurant, they assured us that the driver was fine. We expressed our concern that if he showed symptoms of COVID-19, he should not be working. It was clear that the restaurant was not following the law or proper food and hygiene regulations.
I convinced my son and his girlfriend to order from China House via the Just Eat app for a weekend meal, treating the four of us. We had previously enjoyed a meal with neighbors and wanted to see if it was as good this time. Unfortunately, the answer was no. The Duck Leg we received was black and burnt, with bitter skin. I wondered if this was because it arrived over half an hour later than promised. Additionally, my Singapore Rice noodles were disappointing as the container was mostly filled with plain rice noodles instead of the Singapore noodles I had before. Overall, we were very disappointed and now unsure about our plans for Christmas Eve. I tried to call to provide feedback but was unable to get through.
Ordered a chicken curry, chicken balls and egg fried rice with prawn crackers, BOTH egg fried rices were mush and no taste at all! The chicken curry was more like gravy and there was so much grease on the top £17 gone down the drain, we couldn’t eat any of it, went straight into the bin, the prawn crackers were the only edible thing we ordered! Completely avoid!!
1 hour late. So late I had to get out of bed to answer the door. Calls we at best unhelpful. I am being very polite.
