These people are great too. I had only the coffee and it takes 10 minutes to choose between all major options.

I had planned an interview for this place about zoom. the person I believe that the interview with which it would be done was a woman called kelsey. they sent me emails that led to the day of the interview. The last I received was yesterday with email link for zoom. I have confirmed that I will be here this morning at 11.00 a.m. this morning, when I clicked on the link, he asked for a meeting passcode, so I went back to the email to see if it was listed to enter it and it was not. So I tried to mail the sender back and apparently where the email came with the link for the zoom the address was not responding etc. So I went through the other emails and could find the number that was then listed for me after I filled out the application and the number was no longer in service. So I called the king st. place where they gave me the Hadley sites, and the women samantha came to kelsey. kelsey then sent me an e-mail that told me that I had received the e-mail on the 7th and of course they sent two e-mails that did not contain useful information. the email that had the email with the passcode and meet I.d was in the spam folder. So I turned the email and sent it to kelsey and her answer was. many thanks for their efforts that we will move towards another direction. So I asked if there was someone I could talk to and not responded to. very unprofessional. a person who can make a bad call for business purposes. very regrettable. Now I understand why they have the reviews they do.

Got the thanksgiving dinner sandwich which was perfect but then the triple berry smoothie which was 7$ small was a big waste of money. The drink just tasted like sweet milk.

My favorite place to get coffee when I'm in Western Mass

Frustrated with lack of barista knowledge post pandemic. I get it, it’s hard to find help these days. But ever since the pandemic and new hires the last 5-6 times I ordered(multiple locations) a simple americano has always tasted different(burnt). I only write this review in hopes that this can be fixed at some point as it’s my fav coffee shop in the area
