Spencers Brook Tavern - Northam

There is a great atmosphere now with patricia behind the bar. pat still cooks great meals. Recently there were also some other nice touches, with the introduction of a cocktail hour. they can sit inside or outside and enjoy the garden.

We like old buildings with a lot of history behind them. the problem is that such buildings need a lot of money for them, and this is suffering from a two-year-old return from covid.

The 140-year-old countryside pub, with no visible signs, is only bustling in the morning and quiet at night. The roaring fire on a chilly evening creates a cozy atmosphere in this beautifully restored location. The homemade dishes were delicious and everyone was delighted. The salads and vegetables were beautifully prepared, not something you would typically find at a pub. I would happily return anytime.

Beautiful old pub, friendly atmosphere. the barmann is a shady to know about the local and its history. eating is very nice, beer is cold and the land is currently an absolute picture. they make her own fallen and check it out. burst before the summer blows.

Lovely place, fire was welcoming. People before recommdnd the fish. I am VERY fussy with fish. But didn't leave a scrap. Salad awesome. Will be back
