The Famous Owl Of Minerva - North York

Recently, I went to this restaurant for dinner meal, and ordered name called Gan Ja Tang, seasoned PorkChop. And I ordered extra food called sea food pancake, It was great food that have lot, and I could always ordered this one!Every time I went to that restaurant, it was always delicious and the portions were quite large so I was full. They staff has a great service to me and I want to go this restaurant again!

The service is really bad. The server doesn’t listen carefully your order preferences and brought the wrong order. They don’t take notes for your order.No action made after bringing the wrong dish. Not even apologize.No water refill at all.Then I choose to skip the tip. The server was really mad and mentioned I missed the tip. They even used Korean language to say in front of us that we don’t give tip to other servers. I thought tip is optional and depends on their service. Why should I give tip to such a bad service?Really bad experience at this store and will never go again.The potato pork bone soup didn’t have potato at all. The taste is not even at average level.

A classic Korean resto with authentic dishes.Their seafood pancakes are crispy, not greasy at all, with lots of seafood inside. Veggies too!Their beef soup is rich but not salty at all, they expect you to add salt by yourself. It's a healthy option. Highly recommended!

I always order at Famous Owl Minerva because of their delicious food but I sadly won't order again. I ordered Budae Jiigae and Japchae on September 6 (yesterday) at 7:35 am with doordash. The Japchae had a cockroach in it. It's so disgusting. I'm so disappointed. The food was sealed for tamper proof, so I know that cockroach was from the restaurant.I got my refund. But I will not order again from you.
