I don't know where to start when I would say that it's the worst experience for me and my friends for the third time. the personal is not professionally trained, they are not sure how to work professionally. when we entered the load, they were in the back kitchen, I think the cleaning there finished the dishes. So I know as far as someone works in every food environment, they need to wash their hands and change gloves after changing their tasks. what I didn't realize they just came and made that sandwich. second important point is what a subway shop is when they don't put right veggies or dressings on subway. I asked for dizzying that they informed that they didn't have that I was okay, let's use something else. then we came to veggies she informed me that there was no tomaten I was like what the hack should I go to freshco and get it as came to dressings, she said that she didn't have the U sauce that is the home sauce subway, she didn't have sweet wobble. I asked them if they could look back, she told me sir, I've already checked that it's not there and try to act quickly before I ask for something else. I would say there are few employees on this site who are correct procedures and follow correct methodologies, but the girls who work there on 9 november 2021 need further training. there is a possibility to treat customers in every retail business where they try to help customers solve the problem and not increase the problem. I really want to say that they should visit another location for another 5min and there more than 2 subway in the opposite. I wouldn't suggest wasting her money here, thank you. I usually don't write reviews, but this subway is the worst that I was for the first time a mistake 2. ok no problem I can manage, but if something was repeated in the third time I was forced to write one.
I had a great experience here. When I ordered gluten-free bread, the gentleman changed his gloves, and handled the sandwich with great care. I'm quite comfortable ordering from there in the future. Would recommend to other celiacs !
Half the time I go there, they can't make something on the menu and it's probably related to the person who is working. I've never had an issue with one employee, but the rest of them can't make a wrap or a meatball sub. Seems kind of lazy to me.When the good employee is in, I never have an issue. Since noticing this, I walk past subway if that employee isn't working and go somewhere else.
