Mang Mar's Chicharon - North York

Absolutely love the juicy delicious pork served here! I've never been to the Philippines and have never tried their traditional food before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will be very disappointed if when I go it doesn't taste EXACTLY like this. ?Food: 5/5

My husband picked up the large $25. order of pork rinds. We have eaten these for 60 years from German bakeries and Portuguese bakeries which usually salt them too heavily and they are too greasy. These are by far, the best we have ever had. Crunchy perfection.

Nice fresh chicharron, decent portions and everything seems fresh.

The staff at Mang Mars restaurant did not show concern for others when we asked for access to the washroom because my daughter was in pain and needed to use it. This lack of empathy is unacceptable. The employees need to be more considerate and helpful towards customers in need of assistance in the future.
