Bistro on Avenue - North York

We ordered soup and mains. The mains were brought out immediately after we started the soup. My wife ordered the prime rib burger it came with no toppings. The Jewish chicken soup had a very good broth but noodles, a matzoh ball or kreplach in it would have made it better.

Wings were so so bad, weren’t warm when they arrived, they tasted a little funky like they’ve been sitting around a while and were reheated in the microwave. Barely any sauce on the wings and the fries were like cardboard. Never ordering from here again.

Great the staff is amazing and Cindy and Lou provide welcoming atmosphere and food is better each time, their wings next day are better than most that hit the table hot...

Overall a respectable amount of food for the price. The pig out combo: 30$ for a basket of fries, chicken fingers , poppers(2) and pizza roll(2), wings and a few sauces. It 's seriously hard to beat that value these days, I am impressed. Everything was good, but I wish there was at least another popper and roll to be called a generous portion . Feeds 2 people fine.Parking: Can pickup your pickup order if you park at the gas station.
