I don’t understand I always clarify my order twice at this place as I do agree that my customized order is bit different and hard but they always mess that up and I always have to go back again to them. Idk if they don’t listen to it properly or what. But it is just weird that I am repeating my order twice and still they dont make it right. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Always come here since it’s my nearest location, and not one time I was satisfied. I always have to call staff over to take my order and they look at me and ignore me! In addition to the poor service, their iced caps and creamy chills are always watery, (you can drink it like a juice) and when I complain they tell me “it’s the machine, I don’t make it by hand” than why every other Tim Horton has one consistency except this one?? Showed up at 1-ish. Place was full of high school students so speed of service suffered but staff did the best they could and the students were quite polite enough to an old guy waiting in line like them. Price per person: CA$1–10 Service: 4

If you're not going to go through drive-thru, dont waste your time. Stood waiting to order for 5 minutes while staff kept intentionally ignoring all customers in the restaurant.
