Ten Ren's Tea - North York Industiral

I love it! You have to try if you are tea lover! I like the milk tea with traditional tea base. Lovely store in the mall with friendly staff.

Really poor customer service, the staff are so rude specially the young guy working there . My drink tasted really bad and the staff told me it's non of our business and you can order another drink.I will never come here again.

Excellent service from the young gentleman who worked Sunday July 2nd at Fairview Mall. He served me even though the mall wasn't exactly opened yet and gave me suggestions on what items were ready. Thanks for a great experience on the long weekend!

Super bad service, and they mandatory tips without notice. Not gonna choose TenRen anymore.

Nothing wrong about Ten Ren, but I prefer more Chatime, with a wider choice and more favorable drinks.
