Just as other people say here, extremely terrible wait times

Toronto's diners are really crazy. In an area with more than ten or twenty milk tea restaurants, there are actually long queues. Every time I come to Toronto, this is the last stop. I buy some and pack some for friends. The only drawback is that the sugar content of some drinks cannot be adjusted as they are too sweet. This time I tried the sparkling fruit tea. It was very refreshing and not greasy. It is very suitable for digestion after meals.

The Chinese guy who worked there forced me to get a topping with large green milk tea. It shouldn’t be mandatory to get a topping a large size is it? I rather go to Coco’s never gonna visit this location again. He seems like he hates his job and you shouldn’t be forcing a customer to get a topping if they don’t.

Always that old lady on her phone behind the cashier? So unprofessional. It always takes long to get my drink. So slow. So so slow. Is shop filled with new employees?

Although the menu is tempting, I couldn‘t choose today due to being too full from dinner.
