Amazing atmosphere all around! The staff the drinks and of course the best Mexican food around. This is not street food. This is traditional home cooking updated by the kick ass female chef. Inspired by her grandmother recipes. There was 4 of us that just ordered 6 appetizers to share. then two of us ordered a starter , two sides 1 main. Everything was delicious beautifully presented. One of the best in Toronto!!

Sat down for drinks and a meal after the jays game. Axl took fantastic care of us, they found us seats even without a reservation, and we're generous, warm and pleasant for our entire stay. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more. Incredible authentic food, and a great atmosphere.

We didn’t have a reservation, but were very warmly greeted by the hostess, who promptly escorted us to our table. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and definitely isn’t anything like other Mexican restaurants. According to my very knowledgeable wife, the margaritas are excellent. My mezcal was incredibly smoky and sweet, a great accompaniment to the fantastic guacamole (which has just the right amount of lime). The chef is a genius, because this wasn’t the usual Mexican fare. Our meals were both incredible. I tried the ash marinated steak, which was quite possibly the tastiest Mexican dish I’ve ever had. And my wife absolutely loved her chicken dish. I spend a lot of time in the American Southwest and keep trying Mexican restaurants, but this definitely beats all of them.

Food was fantastic. We went for Winterlicious really enjoyed all of our dishes. It was my birthday this week they brought really yummy churro ice cream dessert as kind gesture! Their margaritas definitely worth $11 tasted like it was made from scratch not just made with store bought mix.

Had dinner there for the first time last night. It definitely won't be our last ! Looking forward to trying the different items on the menu in the future ! Last night, I had the octopus. It was one of the best seafood dishes I've ever had in any restaurant ! Highly recommend it !
