Bidra med feedbackIs this the worst MacDonalds in the UK? Nothing is ever correct. Fries are consistently short measures to the extent it must be part of their profits projections. Cold food, poorly presented. Very young crew of inexperienced staff constantly changing. The overall business manager is rude and aggressive, and suggested I use another restaurant. You would need to be desperate need of food if you have to use this establishment but do not expect it to be I pleasant experience.
Staff are lazy cooked my fries with lots of salt even their body language is very poor they are not professional all young star they don't know how to do customer service
Went and grabbed breakfast to takeaway, looked like chaos no clear leader directed the team, people returning to get missing items. I had 3 pancakes and sausage meals and 2 muffin meals, got home no sausages with the pancakes and no hash browns with the muffin meals. Rang and complained manager didn’t seem interested. Just a load of kids without anybody leading and directing them . Maybe four years ago when a muffin meal was 4 quid you’d find this acceptable but now at nearly 6.50 a meal you’d expect to get what you pay for. Shambolic
We usually don't complain and eat breakfast quite a lot but today after waiting in a bay for food like always these days lol which doesn't really bother us ..... but after eating bf today it was burnt and the base of the muffins were extra crispy and nearly broke our teeth clearly left and something very hit for far to long ..... we couldn't return has a 5 mile trip and was on the road ....so rang to notify the store by ringing..... David the manager has no respect for his elders sounded like an immature child to be fair no apology just kept saying return it but we couldn't has we kept saying but continued to talk over me and was dam right rude reported vi's email to head office also. No one should be spoke to how he came across alot of it about today treat you like your trying it on in someway to get a freebie ..... wasn't about that it was awful food end off ..... and after spending twenty pounds for breakfast you expect it to be nice afterall I will not be using coalville again will try Ashby next time .... but a alittle training in our to speak to customers might help David massively rude rude man for a manager has well disgusting
Had it delivered and the food was unusually correct. But the milkshakes where fresh air. Just froth , how can they not tell... especially by the weight of the drink.....
